Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Typically 5+ years in electrical construction, field engineering, commissioning, or EPC projects.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and work packages.
• Knowledge of electrical construction practices and cable installation methods.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide field engineering support for cable pulling, installation, and associated electrical construction activities.
• Review drawings, schedules, routing layouts, and installation procedures to support execution.
• Coordinate cable pulling with Electrical Superintendents, General Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Verify pathways, trays, conduits, penetrations, and supports are ready for installation.
• Prepare and maintain installation work packages and field deliverables.
• Support development of installation sequences and construction work packages.
• Monitor progress and identify constraints impacting productivity.
• Coordinate material readiness, deliveries, and reel management.
• Assist in resolving field technical issues and design clarifications.
• Support RFIs, change notices, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Quality to ensure inspections and documentation.
