Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in engineering.
• 2+ years in electrical testing/inspection.
• Knowledge of NEC/CEC; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical product testing and factory inspections per CSA, UL, IEC, NFPA and other standards.
• Interpret and apply electrical codes and test methods to evaluate products for certification.
• Prepare clear, accurate test and inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with clients, communicating requirements effectively.
• Build and assemble test fixtures and follow established testing procedures.
• Support Project Managers and teams with technical expertise and project activities.
• Maintain project documentation, inventory and lab areas.
• Continue developing knowledge of safety standards and QAI procedures.
