LAMP is seeking a safety-conscious professional to ensure daily field safety presence and manage routine compliance, enabling the HSE Manager to lead the program.

You will conduct field observations, maintain PPE and safety equipment programs, and deliver safety orientation to new hires, contractors, and visitors while supporting incident investigations and drills. The role requires a hands-on approach in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in an industrial EHS role.
• OSHA 30 and current first aid, CPR and emergency response training.
• Working knowledge of permit to work and hazardous energy control.
• Comfortable challenging unsafe work in the field.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily field safety observations, audits and permit verification.
• Maintain safety equipment programs, including gas detectors, breathing air, fall protection, eyewash and safety showers.
• Deliver safety orientation for new hires, contractors and visitors.
• Support incident investigation and maintain incident and near miss records.
• Coordinate emergency drills and maintain emergency response equipment readiness.
• Maintain safety data sheets, hazard communication and chemical inventory records.
• Support industrial hygiene monitoring and respirator fit testing.
