Job summary

LAMP seeks a field-based EHS professional to enforce safety presence in the field, handling daily observations, audits, and permit verifications to support the HSE Manager.

You will deliver safety orientations, maintain equipment readiness, and assist in incident investigations and emergency drills across operations in Texas and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in an industrial EHS role.
• OSHA 30 and current first aid, CPR and emergency response training.
• Working knowledge of permit to work and hazardous energy control.
• Comfortable challenging unsafe work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field safety observations, audits and permit verification.
• Maintain safety equipment programs, including gas detectors, breathing air, fall protection, eyewash and safety showers.
• Deliver safety orientation for new hires, contractors and visitors.
• Support incident investigation and maintain incident and near miss records.
• Coordinate emergency drills and maintain emergency response equipment readiness.
• Maintain safety data sheets, hazard communication and chemical inventory records.
• Support industrial hygiene monitoring and respirator fit testing.
