Qualifications

• Technical/university degree in EHS or engineering or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements across regions
• Ability to travel with short notice and communicate effectively
• Experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Proficient in English and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute EHS plans on outage sites, ensuring compliance with policies and local laws
• Coordinate with managers to schedule hazard assessments and site inductions
• Coach field teams on safe work practices and use of risk assessment tools
• Lead incident investigations and contribute to RCA and corrective actions
• Prepare and submit EHS reports and maintain records for audits
