Job summary

Congruex is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across CNS operations. You will ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, and federal regulations while managing training, incident investigations, and field safety initiatives.

As the EHS Manager, you will work with Congruex employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders to advance an Incident Free culture and continuous safety improvements through proactive leadership and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Environmental, Health and Safety leadership roles.
• Experience delivering HSE training within industrial construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Plan and conduct safety audits, inspections, investigations and training.
• Travel to project sites to provide field safety oversight and support.
