Zusammenfassung

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support large-scale construction projects. This field-based role is responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance, client requirements, and a culture of safety on site.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of EHS experience in construction and multi-employer environments, along with OSHA 30 and additional safety certifications.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of EHS experience in construction, industrial, energy, utility, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification is required.
• OSHA 500, CHST, ASP, CSP or other safety certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary on-site safety resource for construction projects.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and field observations.
• Monitor and enforce OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
• Lead Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), pre-task planning, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives to promote safe work practices.
• Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct incident, injury, and near-miss investigations with root cause analyses.
• Facilitate site safety orientations and ongoing training for employees and subcontractors.
