Job summary

The University of Texas at Arlington seeks a practitioner to develop community partnerships for social work practicums. You will coordinate with agencies, supervise practicum experiences, and ensure CSWE standards are met across placements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from a CSWE accredited program and two (2) years of work experience as a social worker.
• Proven experience working with communities and organizations to build organizational capacity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with community-based organizations and government agencies to meet quarterly quotas.
• Bridge university and community to ensure practicum placements meet regional needs.
• Provide consultation and support to agency instructors ensuring clear communication and quality supervision.
• Ensure placements meet CSWE accreditation standards and practicum education competencies.
• Conduct site visits and evaluations to ensure ethical, supportive learning experiences.
• Maintain records of agency contacts, student placements, evaluations, and compliance.
