Stantec's gulf coast environmental services group is seeking an Environmental Scientist to participate in environmental field surveys, reporting, and permitting support for clients in the renewable energy, electric transmission, pipeline, transportation, and other sectors.

The selected candidate will assist on impact analysis, wetland and vegetation assessments, and endangered species surveys in Texas and across the gulf coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an environmental discipline with field experience preferred.
• Experience with biological surveys in the Gulf Coast region is a plus.
• Strong skills in report writing and data organization.

Responsabilités

• Conduct wetland and stream delineation and assessment.
• Perform vegetation inventories and monitoring.
• Carry out wildlife surveys and habitat assessments.
• Support environmental permit applications and regulatory reviews.
• Collect data, organize, and assist in report preparation for clients and agencies.
