The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of construction project management experience and strong decision-making capabilities. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring effective communication. Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Personal ownership of at least two projects from start to closeout.
• OSHA 10 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain a reliable CPM schedule.
• Lead OAC and subcontractor meetings without senior management intervention.
• Prepare project schedule with the Project Superintendent.
