Qualifications

• Two years of construction inspection or management experience.

• Valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect structures and projects for conformance with plans and regulations.
• Monitor traffic control and coordinate corrections at construction sites.
• Prepare reports and records for progress payments.
• Review plans and attend pre-construction conferences and site meetings.
• Maintain safety programs and coordinate with other City departments.
