Job summary

Certified of NY Inc. in Manhattan is seeking a Construction Assistant Superintendent (AS) with 4+ years of construction experience to join the team and help supervise projects on-site.

The AS will report to the Director of Construction and/or Project Executive, coordinating scheduling, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction on each project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of construction experience as a Construction Assistant Superintendent or similar.
• Reports to Director of Construction and/or Project Executive.
• Oversees field operations to meet safety, schedule, quality, cost, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, plan, and help supervise field operations on a project.
• Direct and supervise subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Maintain safety, quality control, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
