Qualifications

• Experience with NYC public building projects preferred.
• Flexibility for first and second shift required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and oversee daily activities of subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project records and supervise self-performed work.
• Ensure timely approval of submittals and material inspections.
• Support jobsite reporting requirements including daily reports.
• Attend required jobsite meetings and maintain quality control.
