Job summary

Sora Resource Group seeks a Project Manager experienced with Commercial Electrical jobs in Milford, CT. Lead day-to-day management for projects ranging from $300K to $4M and assist in estimating for smaller jobs and change orders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in commercial electrical work.
• E-2 electrical license in CT preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong field background with estimating experience preferred.
• Proficient in project coordination and scheduling, familiarity with McCormick software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects across Connecticut.
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, clients and vendors for timely delivery.
• Attend weekly job meetings and visit job sites; company vehicle provided.
• Handle small project and change order estimating using McCormick software.
• Review scope, schedule, materials, labor needs and change requests.
• Maintain clear updates with the Head of Construction.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance on sites.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, with minimal errors.
