Responsibilities

• Investigate the origin and cause of failures, damages, or defects in civil/structural fields on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Analyze failure of building systems and review design or maintenance procedures.
• Perform field investigations and document damaged property with multi‑party oversight.
• Prepare reports outlining origin and cause of damages for clients.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on large, complex assignments.
