Breg, Inc. seeks a Patient Service Representative I (DME Fitting Specialist) in Cincinnati, OH. You will fit patients with orthopedic braces, educate them on proper use, and work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless care.

This field-based role requires travel to physician offices, hospitals, and clinics, with home-office support and local travel as needed. Strong customer service and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in patient care is required.
• Certifications such as ABC CFo, BOC, Athletic Training Licensure, or Orthopedic Technologist Certification are preferred.
• Familiarity with orthopedic clinics or physician office workflows is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Fit patients with orthopedic braces and provide hands-on education and support.
• Serve as a trusted partner to physicians and clinical staff for exceptional service.
• Manage assigned accounts, ensuring products, inventory, and resources are available as needed.
• Support patient care through accurate documentation, billing coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive your territory’s success by achieving key performance metrics and operational results.
• Represent Breg with professionalism and dedication to patient outcomes.
