In this full‑time role, you will verify insurance, coordinate with providers, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support patients and staff with orders, scheduling, and record keeping while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work safely and accurately with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, deliver, and set up DME equipment to patients' homes or facilities.
• Verify insurance, handle billing information, and coordinate with providers.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and safety.
• Assist with scheduling, patient interaction, and records management.
• Support respiratory staff and act as liaison with healthcare providers.
