The Carol Glanville for State Senate Campaign in Michigan is seeking a highly-motivated Field Director to implement the field plan, plan canvassing events, and coordinate with partners and stakeholders. The Field Director reports to the Campaign Manager and leads turf prioritization, volunteer recruitment, and canvassing operations.
You will recruit and train volunteers, manage scheduling, set and coach goals for staff and interns, and oversee absentee voter outreach.

The compensation ranges from $4,000 - $5,000 per month and is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. Compensation also includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
