Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Field Diesel Roadside Service Technician to diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and equipment on-site throughout the Sacramento region. You will respond to roadside calls, inspect diesel and hydraulic systems, and document findings for service management.

Applicants should have 2+ years’ experience, strong diagnostics, and a CDL or clean driving record. The role is field-based with a company truck, uniforms, and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing heavy-duty trucks or equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting across powertrain, electrical, and hydraulics.
• Willing to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-highway and field service calls across the Sacramento region.
• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment on site.
• Address mechanical, electrical, air, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct field inspections and document findings clearly.
• Keep service management updated on repair status and parts needs.
• Care for service truck, tools, and parts inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and DOT regulations.
• Complete accurate, timely work orders.
