As a Field Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech IV - Field Service), you'll perform maintenance and repairs of complex equipment with limited supervision in a safe, professional manner. You'll have opportunities to improve your skills and advance into leadership roles within our Service Department. Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of your role.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment using independent judgment.
• Travel to customer sites for equipment repair/maintenance; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
• Complete and document work orders accurately and promptly.
• Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• 5+ years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, schematics, and diagrams.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs. frequently.

Compensation Range

$25.30 - $47.55
