Job summary

Titan Machinery seeks a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer equipment, internal units, and warranty repairs in shop or field settings. Tasks are performed safely, professionally, and profitably under the Service Manager's guidance.

This role emphasizes accurate diagnostics, timely communication, and ongoing technical development to deliver high-quality service and value for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• 1+ years of completing tasks with limited supervision.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time with overnights.
• Flexible/on-call hours and strong documentation/communication.
• Willingness to work in shop or field environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems per manufacturer specs; provide field service as directed.
• Document findings and manage parts, supplies, and work orders accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Follow safety rules and regulations while performing all tasks.
