Job summary

Foley Equipment is seeking an Engine Field Technician primarily responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing diesel and compression gas engines. The role requires hands-on mechanical work in a shop environment and involves lifting heavy components, ensuring excellent customer service, and performing critical repairs.

The ideal candidate must have experience with compression engines, a valid driver’s license, and strong technical reading skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a field environment on compression engines.
• Ability to read and comprehend specifications and technical documents.
• Valid driving license required with ability to obtain CDL.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of repair and maintenance on engines.
• Conduct DOT inspections to ensure safety of service truck.
• Create a customer-focused work environment.
• Be available for overtime and after-hours calls.
