Job summary

National Children's Advocacy Center (NCAC) seeks a Program Manager for Field Development to design and implement training and technical assistance for CACs, MDTs, and State Chapters in the Southern Region. This role requires assessing needs, facilitating collaborations, and strategic thinking, with travel tied to grant-funded projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of recent leadership experience in the CAC movement.
• Minimum of five years of experience designing and delivering training.
• Five years in one or more areas: MDT development/facilitation or CAC leadership/operations/accreditation.
• Proficiency using Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement training and technical assistance projects for MDTs, CACs, and State Chapters.
• Assess strengths, challenges, and professional development needs across regions.
• Recommend strategies for improvement and support; engage in relationship-building with partners.
• Facilitate and co-facilitate groups; support strategic planning and board engagement.
