Job summary

Adam is seeking a field engineer to deploy our software into customer CAD environments. You will install, configure, and validate Adam on the shop floor, collaborating with engineers to turn their backlog into production tasks.

You will own deployment end-to-end—IT conversations, installation, and the first week of real tasks—delivering visible results on site and aligning roadmap with on-site feedback. Willingness to travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel to customer sites
• Experience deploying software in engineering environments a plus
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Install Adam in customer CAD environments
• Lead on-site deployment and validation
• Capture backlog, gaps, and bugs on site
• Work directly with founders to close gaps quickly
