Job summary

Annora, a venture-backed company expanding the capacity and profitability of America's industrial base, seeks a forward deployed engineer to own how the product lands in the plant—from first conversation to software that is actually used.

You will collaborate with estimators, ops, and engineering to map real quoting and order workflows to production-ready software, building integrations with ERP, CRM, and spreadsheets to power deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in production systems.
• Background in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or ERP for manufacturing sites.
• Experience shipping real production systems, not just prototypes or demos.
• Ability to own an engagement end-to-end and communicate with operators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own customer delivery from first site visit to production.
• Learn quoting and order flow by sitting with estimators, ops, and engineering.
• Make complex manufacturing workflows work in software, not slides.
• Build and ship against existing systems: ERP, CRM, spreadsheets.
• Turn plant-specific work into reusable product for faster deployments.
• Work directly with the team and ship.
