Job summary

Instrumental seeks a versatile Forward-Deployed Engineer to join its Customer Experience team. You will travel to customer factory sites, primarily in North America, to set up equipment, hand-tune algorithms, and drive rapid value delivery while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, enjoy the factory floor, and can communicate in English; Mandarin is a plus. Competitive, location-based salary with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing, on either the brand or EMS side.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer factory sites, primarily in North America.
• Proven ability to own missions and deliver results under challenging circumstances.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Mandarin bilingualism is a plus.
