Job summary

Instrumental in Cincinnati is seeking a Forward-Deployed Manufacturing Engineer to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll travel to customer factory sites across North America, deploying equipment and accelerating value by tuning our AI software in real manufacturing environments.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, become an expert in Instrumental tools, and help our manufacturing partners improve yield, throughput, and ramp with hands-on engineering and operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronics manufacturing engineering or operations
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
• Demonstrated mission ownership and problem-solving
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Own a mission and deliver on it at customer factory sites
• Build relationships with customer and factory stakeholders
