Job summary

NAPA IBS Delivery Driver is a full-time role driving to customer sites to deliver parts and support on-site operations. You will pick up parts from vendors, maintain stock accuracy, and uphold safety standards while representing the NAPA brand.

Ideal candidates enjoy independent work, have strong customer-facing skills, and can handle flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. A safety-first mindset and reliable vehicle operation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of driving long hours and delivering goods safely.
• Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients during deliveries.
• Experience with cash handling and basic returns processing is a plus.
• Ability to manage inventory, restock as needed, and maintain accurate records.
• Committed to safety and following company parking/vehicle procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers and develop relationships while on route.
• Pickup parts from multiple vendors and ensure stock accuracy in the delivery area.
• Maintain the delivery truck, perform basic maintenance, and keep it clean.
• Adhere to safety checklists and company policies during daily routes.
• Act as a NAPA Brand Ambassador, providing excellent service to customers.
