Job summary

NAPA IBS is seeking a Delivery Driver to service customers on the road, delivering parts and building relationships with client sites. You will handle multiple vendor pickups, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure safe driving practices throughout each shift.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and strong customer interaction, with a starting hourly rate to reflect entry-level pay, and benefits including health, 401(k), and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and handle inventory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently on the road.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers and build long-term relationships.
• Pick up parts from vendors and maintain accurate stock inventory.
• Ensure safety and vehicle maintenance checks before deliveries.
• Maintain distribution logs for deliveries and pickups.
• Represent NAPA as a Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
