NAPA IBS Delivery Driver is a full-time role focused on delivering parts to customers across the metropolitan area. You will build lasting relationships with customers while ensuring accurate inventory and safe driving practices.

The position requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Starting hourly rate is $18.40, with benefits including health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering parts or driving routes preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers with a focus on building relationships.
• Pick up parts from vendors and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
• Keep the delivery truck clean and perform basic maintenance checks.
