Job summary

RED Group seeks a Datacenter Network Specialist to lead installation and commissioning of industrial networks supporting EPMS and BMS in datacenter environments. You will deploy Rockwell EtherNet/IP networks, configure DLR topology, and work with controls and facilities teams to ensure high availability and robust security.

Responsibilities include drafting topology drawings, performing FAT/SAT tests, and delivering as-built documentation. Travel up to 50% and on-site support are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field with hands-on experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years installing/troubleshooting industrial Ethernet networks in critical facilities.
• 1+ year with Building Management Systems or ICS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of industrial Ethernet networks in datacenters.
• Configure DLR topologies, STP/RSTP, and VLAN segmentation per designs.
• Coordinate fiber optic installs and patching within control panels and enclosures.
• Validate IP addressing, QoS, and multicast settings for EtherNet/IP traffic.
• Produce as-built network documentation and assist FAT/SAT tests.
• Provide on-site support during commissioning and startup phases.
