Qualifications

• Ability to travel out of state Monday–Friday and be home most weekends.
• Own a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6-foot ladder.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather; climb ladders up to 30 feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with technology (iPads, laptops, mobile apps).
• Follow detailed instructions with accuracy and care.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to capture precise data using 3D cameras and laser tools.
• Document building measurements, HVAC locations, windows, signage, and landscaping.
• Input collected data accurately and communicate with property managers.
• Manage daily schedule with minimal supervision.
