Job summary

ID Plans, Inc. is seeking an autonomous field data specialist who thrives on travel and independent work. You’ll capture precise property data across various sites using 3D cameras, laser tools, and software, then input data with accuracy.

Expect regional travel with weekends at home. You’ll use your own vehicle for on-site data collection, climb ladders, and operate in all weather conditions while keeping communications clear with managers and trainers.

Qualifications

• Experience in gathering measurements and documenting property data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with outdoor fieldwork and variable weather.
• Willingness to travel regionally and be away from home during weeks.

Responsibilities

• Drive or fly to commercial properties to capture precise data.
• Use 3D cameras, laser tools and software to document measurements.
• Input data accurately and communicate access information with property managers.
• Maintain autonomy while coordinating with the Regional Manager and trainers.
