53 Stations is seeking a Field Specialist located in Charlotte, North Carolina, to be the face of the company in the field and responsible for home data collection. You will gather critical data using company-provided testing equipment while visiting homes in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a team player, and tech-savvy. Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $35 per hour, with opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Physically Capable: Comfortable working in various weather conditions, entering tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential properties to capture photos, videos, and detailed data.
• Explore all parts of a home, including attics and crawl spaces, to ensure thorough documentation.
• Use our intuitive mobile app to record information quickly and accurately.
