53 Stations is seeking a Field Specialist to join our team in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. In this role, you will be the face of HomeCloud, responsible for collecting vital home data in the RDU area. You will capture photos/videos and document essential home details, ensuring a comprehensive understanding for homeowners and buyers.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, enjoy working collaboratively, and are tech-savvy, having a high school diploma. Earn competitive pay between $20–$35 per hour, with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Experience in hands-on roles preferred (e.g., home services, handyman, appraiser, inspector, general contractor).
• Knowledge of home systems and features is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Mansioni

• Travel to residential properties to capture photos, videos, and detailed data.
• Explore all parts of a home, including attics and crawl spaces, to ensure thorough documentation.
