Job summary

SYNCADD Systems, Inc. seeks a full-time onsite ePRISMS Field Data Specialist to support facility survey and inventory at Fort Drum, NY. The role involves field surveys, CAD-based floor plan creation, and detailed space-data capture for the Army’s space utilization system.

The specialist coordinates survey activities with Government personnel, posts-processes data, and develops floor plans using CAD tools. CAD/GIS experience is preferred but training is provided; prior DoD knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with CAC eligibility per federal contract.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Able to stand/walk outdoors 6–8 hours daily.
• Associate’s degree or CAD certificate; 1 year drafting experience; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed facility surveys using laser measurement tools and CAD software.
• Collect, validate, and document building, occupancy, and space-use data.
• Update and verify existing floor plans, noting discrepancies.
• Convert field survey data into accurate floor plans using CAD tools (e.g., MicroStation).
• Perform quality control to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Interact professionally with military and civilian personnel.
• Learn and apply Army real property management processes and system requirements.
