SYNCADD Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time onsite ePRISMS Field Data Specialist to support facility survey and inventory at Fort Drum, NY. The role focuses on end-to-end data capture, from on-site surveys to floor plan creation, using CAD tools to develop accurate plans and ensure data quality.

Fieldwork involves standing/walking up to 8 hours daily and coordinating with Government personnel on access, priorities, and schedules. CAD/GIS experience is preferred, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or CAD certificate with 1 year of architectural drafting experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with CAC eligibility due to federal contract.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to stand/walk 6–8 hours outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed facility surveys using laser measurement tools and CAD software.
• Collect, validate, and document building, occupancy, and space-use data.
• Update and verify existing floor plans, noting discrepancies.
• Convert field survey data into floor plans using CAD tools (e.g., MicroStation).
• Perform quality control to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Interact with military and civilian personnel professionally.
• Learn and apply Army real property management processes and system requirements.
