RDSolutions is actively seeking part-time Field Representatives in the Sevierville, TN area. Immediate openings offer a $200 sign-on bonus and flexible schedules to support work-life balance while you complete store projects and assignments.

You will receive comprehensive initial training, a guaranteed minimum with upside based on productivity, mileage reimbursement, and access to employee learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators and freezers.
