RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in the Sevierville, TN area. The role offers a $200 sign-on bonus, comprehensive training, and a productivity-based compensation structure with a guaranteed minimum and potential upside.

As a field rep, you will drive to stores, complete assignments, and ensure accuracy while maintaining flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance. Mileage reimbursement and identity theft protection are included, with 401k matching for eligible

Competenze

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app to receive and track assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators and freezers.

Mansioni

• Perform field assignments in local grocery stores within the Sevierville area.
• Educate customers and complete projects with accuracy and timeliness.
• Attend initial training to understand job expectations and performance metrics.
