Job summary

Cybersecurity Jobs in Missouri is seeking a cybersecurity professional to own patching for Air Force PDR systems, run DISA STIG scans, and manage Tenable/ACAS assessments. You will uphold air-gapped security baselines, manage offline updates, and collaborate with EWR engineering and USAF stakeholders for review cycles.

The role requires DoD context experience, active Secret clearance or eligibility, and strong scripting and Windows/Linux hardening skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance (active preferred).
• Hands-on DISA STIG execution experience with STIG tools.
• Hands-on Tenable/ACAS experience: scanning and POA&Ms.
• Linux administration for non-cloud servers; Windows hardening in a DoD context.

Responsibilities

• Own the Air Force PDR patch process: plan, test, package, and apply patches.
• Run quarterly DISA STIG scans across Linux, Windows, web, DB, and apps.
• Perform Tenable/ACAS scanning and document residual risk using POA&Ms.
• Maintain security baseline for air-gapped radars, incl. offline updates.
• Coordinate with EWR engineering and USAF stakeholders on patch/STIG review cycles.
• Occasional travel to U.S. or international sites; work from Kirkwood office.
