Glass Meadows Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee post-sale support and retail execution across New Jersey’s dispensary network. You will manage three Customer Success Associates, own onboarding within 14 days, and drive health, promotions and sell-through with Sales and Marketing collaboration.

The role covers statewide travel, in-market work from Newton and Collingswood offices, and requires strong leadership and field coaching to optimize every account.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer success, account management, retail execution or related roles.
• Ability to train and coach field staff and manage field teams.
• Strong communication, relationship management and presentation skills.

• Oversee account onboarding within 14 days.
• Develop and maintain an account health framework with Marketing.
• Create quarterly promotional calendars with each retail customer.
• Lead and coach three Customer Success Associates.
• Maintain a personal account portfolio and conduct field visits.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on merchandising and events.
• Report on account reviews and performance metrics.
