Job summary

Public Storage is seeking, a Property Manager to work at multiple locations with a mix of indoor and outdoor duties. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and conduct daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect daily storage unit inventory and ensure spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make deposits as part of daily tasks
• Assist customers with storage needs and upsell packing supplies
• Ensure payments are up to date and perform reminder/collection calls when required
• Travel between properties; mileage reimbursement provided
