Job summary

Public Storage seeks a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations in Channelview, TX. Qualifications

• Experience: candidates from customer service–centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service industries).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing/moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory/availability and readiness to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and make reminder/collection calls.
