CHS Inc. is seeking a Custom Applicator in Bridgewater, SD. You will apply fertilizer and crop protection products, load and operate spraying equipment, and support customers in the field with technical guidance and service. The role requires a CDL, ability to work independently, and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 1+ years of experience in Agriculture Production, Operations, and/or Agriculture Application.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and crop protection products under general supervision.
• Deliver product to customers as needed.
• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Educate customers on products and applied techniques.
• Assist sales staff to ensure orders are correct and patron needs are met.
• Perform warehouse work including driving loader or forklift and basic maintenance.
