Job summary

Circles is seeking a Field CTO to drive technical sales strategy and adoption of its BSS software for telecom operators. You will bridge product capabilities with operator business needs, guiding pre-sales, architecture, and success teams to shape the roadmap and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead demonstrations, PoCs, and design end-to-end BSS solutions that address billing, revenue management, and customer experience in a cloud-native, multi-operator environment.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of BSS software solutions including billing, CRM, revenue management, and service delivery platforms.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications networks and protocols (5G, OSS/BSS integration, NFV, SDN).
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and integration with third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority during customer engagements to showcase BSS capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales to design tailored, technically sound solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and PoC deployments.
• Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and senior technical stakeholders at operators.
• Design end-to-end solutions that align with customer infrastructure and business goals.
• Stay up-to-date on telecom trends and advise on BSS transformation strategies.
• Represent Circles at industry events and webinars with thought leadership.
