Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to strategic customers on Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and enterprise data architecture.
• Engage with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and other senior leaders to define data strategies aligned to business and technology objectives.
• Help customers establish governance architectures that balance standards with decentralized units, platforms, clouds, and data estates.
• Advise customers on MDM strategy including domain modeling, identity resolution, hierarchy management, reference data, survivorship, stewardship, data quality, and operational models for trusted master data.
• Connect traditional data management disciplines with AI and autonomous agents, including governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality.
• Develop architectural viewpoints for customers across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Help customers understand relationships between data, integration, APIs, applications and AI strategies.
• Lead executive briefings, architecture workshops, and high-value engagements.
• Partner with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and field leaders on strategic opportunities.
• Shape account strategy where architecture or technology fragmentation is a barrier to transformation.
• Act as escalation resource for complex data governance/MDM questions.
• Bring patterns and customer needs back to Product and Engineering leadership.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and Informatica product teams to influence roadmaps.
