Job summary

Boston Scientific in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a CRM Field Clinical Representative to support implants and patient care on-site at hospitals and clinics within the territory. This field-based role focuses on clinical education, product demonstrations, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to improve outcomes.

You will participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, provide hands-on education around CRM devices, and work with hospital teams to ensure device adoption and service

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• 0-2 years’ professional work experience.
• Background in medical device sales, clinical education or clinical research.
• Ability and willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on‑call schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary clinical expert during device implants, patient follow‑ups, device programming and troubleshooting.
• Delivering effective education and training to health care professionals on product use and clinical benefits.
• Attending procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with physicians, nurses and key hospital staff to foster trust and engagement.
• Addressing customer needs efficiently and collaborating cross-functionally to support patient and clinician satisfaction.
• Managing product inventory in accordance with company guidelines to help ensure product readiness and availability.
• Participating in a rotational 24/7 on‑call schedule to support patients and clinicians, including nights, weekends and holidays.
