Job summary

Blue Peak Tents Inc. is hiring Field Crew members to load, install, and tear down commercial event tents and related equipment. This entry point into Blue Peak's field operations offers a clear path to driver and crew lead roles for the right person.

Shifts start as early as 5:00 AM, run up to 12 hours, with travel within roughly an 8-hour radius of Chicago. Seasonal full-time position with overtime during peak season and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable with outdoor work in varying weather.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Strong teamwork and communication on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks at warehouse and sites.
• Install, set up, break down tents, flooring and equipment.
• Follow project plans and directions from Project Manager.
• Operate hand tools and installation equipment safely.
• Keep job site and equipment organized and clean.
• Represent Blue Peak professionally with clients at venues.
