Job summary

Konecranes is seeking service technicians across the United States who are mechanically inclined and able to work at extreme heights. You will service and repair cranes, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and interact with facility directors to ensure customer satisfaction.

This safety‑driven role includes a company vehicle and field assignments at various customer sites. Responsibilities include on-site inspections, documentation, maintaining equipment, and adhering to

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of electrical/electronic troubleshooting experience.
Must be able to work at extreme heights and off the ground.
Safety-sensitive position requiring adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and inspections on RTG/STS/RMG/ASC equipment at customer locations.
Conduct on-site electrical, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and repair issues.
Perform on-site crane repairs under maintenance contracts or service calls.
Maintain knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, CMAA and related codes and regulations.
Complete daily paperwork and document quotes and service reports.
Review repairs with customers and obtain sign-off on service reports.
Maintain tools, inventory, and company vehicle; generate service leads during calls.
Communicate regularly with the local office and service supervisor.
Ensure proper procurement of basic parts and supplier relationships.
