Job summary

RES is seeking a Craft – Operator, Forklift to safely and efficiently perform general operator duties at the project site. The role requires operating light and heavy equipment, inspecting loads, and documenting pre-inspections and usage.

A strong safety mindset and reliable travel are essential as duties include 76–100% domestic travel. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years with backhoe/loader/road equipment, and 1+ years with blade/excavator/dozer; crane/trencher

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 0-2 years’ experience with backhoe, loader, roller and road truck.
• 1 or more years with blade, excavator, and dozer preferred.
• 1 or more years with crane and trencher preferred.
• Must be able to travel domestically 76-100%.

Responsibilities

• Operate light/heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect loads and monitor equipment during operation.
• Document pre-inspections, hour usage, and fuel usage.
• Maintain organized job site and report malfunctions.
• Follow safety procedures and quality controls.
